I do like the bar and nightlife scene. Have considered bartending, and have been involved in opening some bars in both usa and china…

No doubt, you're in a tough position. Personally, I think it'd be almost impossible to achieve celebrity status in your industry unless you were passionate and knowledgeable regarding the product. I also think it's too tough to outsource such a task. Frankly, it's <i>your</i> brand and therefore it falls upon your shoulders. My suggestion would be that you either throw yourself in it and become as educated and informed as humanly possible, or you change your direction and find the topic that will light your enthusiasm as passions. So I wonder, for myself, I have a website selling BAR PRODUCTS – but I was never a bartender. I just had good luck selling it years ago on ebay.

I wonder how to blog about barproducts and the industry, when I am not an expert or an experienced person on it?

I guess then, I should get an industry professional to be the face of the website, and blog for me?
