Hey Marcus,
Great post! It would be great if Viking would just change their business model and build great pools instead of get upset when someone has a complaint about their product. They had a free run for too long. Now that there is competition out there, they are mad. Funny how comfortable Viking got, reminds me of a little company called Sears.

next time you send a letter to a lawyer, you may not want to use incorrect jargon. the phrase is “intents and purposes” not “intensive purposes”.
