Mad Marketing #27: Why I’m a Better Marketer than Seth Godin

by Marcus Sheridan

Mad Marketing PodcastIt’s podcast time again everyone! Yep, that means your ride to work this week may just seem a little quicker as you give it a listen.

Even better, in this episode I discuss why I’m clearly (wink, wink) a better marketer than Seth Godin, how Disney World crushes SeaWorld when it comes to making people happy, and a critical technique for your next big speech or presentation that’s sure to give you better results.

In other words, we talk about lots of good stuff…and I can assure you that you’ll laugh and learn a little as we share some time together.

As always, don’t hesitate to leave any comments below…

We cannot do podcasts. Wish you had a transcript along with your recording.

I can listen to the podcasts but I can read and digest much faster than listening. Any consideration towards posting a transcript along with the podcast?

Marcus Sheridan April 28, 2014 at 9:46 am

I would like to do that Adam, but it currently requires much more time/effort/etc than I have. Heck, it’s hard enough getting the podcast out there sometimes!! :-)

Sea World… I have this theory that Sea World is now some kind of purgatory where marketers and PR people are sent if they’re naughty. Those guys are gonna have a tough road to hoe. Maybe appropriately.

Hahaha, well said Brodie…that is not currently the PR internship you want while in college!!! ;-)

Haha the title caught my attention as well. Will have to give this a listen tomorrow. Can’t wait.

Seconded on the transcript!
