HubSpot Tips & Tricks
How to add a robots.txt file to you blog If you are going to be using video on your blog articles one of the things you should be doing is using Wistia and creating a video SEO sitemap. However to do this you need to be able to set a little piece of code in your robots.txt file. Allow a WordPress post to connect with the HubSpot Campaigns Tool via the HubSpot Plugin Right now, the only way to track a post as part of an “inbound campaign” in the Campaign Tool, is to use the COS. But what about those of B2B or B2C companies who use WordPress? Please HubSpot, update the WP plugin to allow us to track posts as part of the campaign in the campaign tool. The HubSpot tool has grown, so the plugin should as well.
CRM Contact, Company & Deal Slideout Consider that 4 seconds it takes to find, click, and load a contact record in your CRM. (Or 10 seconds, depending on the tool you use.) It doesn’t sound like much, but when it’s something you do 50 or 60 times a day, it adds up to real time diverted from more valuable tasks. The new slideout allows you to view information easier. Now with a simple click on a record in any contact, company, or deal table view, a slideout opens displaying most of the important details. How does it work? From the slideout, you can review important details about a contact, company, or deal, drill down to the full record, and even edit property data. Now you don’t have to wait for anything to load or lose your place on the screen while working. Watch the tutorial HubSpot CRM Templates & Reports “I wonder how many times I’ve written this exact email…” Along with many sales professionals, this may be a question that you ask yourself over and over again. The trouble is that building, maintaining, and actually using templates is so much of a hassle – that it doesn’t even end up saving you any time. HubSpot CRM Templates are different. HubSpot CRM Templates live right in your GMail inbox through Sidekick, so you can send templated messages from the email tool you already use every day. Through a connection to Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Templates are instantly personalized for each and every prospect. How does it work? To get started with adding templates to your CRM system, go to Settings > Templates. Once you’ve set some templates up, you can send messages using your templates from any contact record, or from Sidekick in GMail. Watch the tutorial
